60 and 1972 studied advertising and art at La Esmeralda National School . His first solo exhibition took place at the Alliance Française in Mexico City in 1974 .
He has participated in over 30 group exhibitions , including the Biennale of Sao Paulo (Brazil ) in 1985; Memento Mori at the Contemporary Art Cultural Center in Mexico ( Mexico City ) ; Rooted Visions : Mexican Art Today in New York , in 1988 ; and recently in contemporary artists from Mexico , Fisher Gallery in Los Angeles (California ) .
His painting is a spectacular sight and show preference for particular issues that have matching or mental affinity with affection and is known for mod-genre, symbolic painting.
